Anxiety!

how many marks will i obtain?

what will my next semester results? will i pass or not? 
have i completed mobile battery full charge ?
oh shit! i again forget my email password


these are some common worries in daily lifestyle, specially for youth. anxiety is one of the emotion that gives nothing but it can makes ourselves weak inside! 
today's common problem with youth is too much worries and stressful mind. 

For Example, statistics of survey on collage students shows that Anxiety is the top presenting concern among college students (41.6 percent), followed by depression (36.4 percent) and relationship problems (35.8 percent). On average,  about 25%
of clients took psychotropicmedications.
Anxiety is an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical changes like increased vital sign. 
it happens normally while, we are already in scared situation or at strong attached with present and with expectation of good future.
there is no benifit for this kind of emotions, therefore we can call it kind of negative vibe.



But see as today's generation,what are mainly responsible for this? 
overdose of mobile, social media ? 
is there parenting problem ?
lack of confidence or self-esteem?

Let's discuss about all possible factors. (in deep/brief)
yes! somehalf we can say, technological factors like social media, television and smartphones maybe responsible for extend level of anxiety in youth.
there environmental factors can also be responsible for stressful situation and mind. anxiety is the form of overthinking and weird thoughts. it gives inner dipression and insomnia in mankind. even sometimes it gives suicidal thoughts in that person.

as per today, we can see that teenagers get much freedom by parents but, even though there is many differences in stress level between 19's teenager and 21'st teenager.
Many times, in students constantly trouble with their teachers or any other reasons seems symptom of their feelings of inadequacy at school and a lack of self-confidence. this knocks their confidence and causes their self-esteem to take a battering and 
that's how, it invites anxiety badly in children


In scientific way,
science indicates that progesterone stimulates the amygdala the part of our brain responsible for our fight or  fighter responses. triggering the amygdala can make us feel super-stressed, and maybe even a little depressed.

A chemical imbalance within the brain is claimed to occur when there's either an excessive amount of or insufficientof certain chemicals, called neurotransmitters, within thebrain. It's often said that mental disorders, such as anxiety and depression these are caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain.

This can affect direct to our immune system, it release a flood of chemicals and hormones, like adrenaline into our system. in the short term, this increases our pulse and breathing rate, so our brain can get more oxygen. This prepares us to respond appropriately to an intense situation.

Most researchers conclude that anxiety is genetic but, also can be influenced by environmental factors. In other words, it's possible to have anxiety without it running in your family.

People with anxiety disorders usually have intrusive or recurring thoughts or concerns.
It seems that there are many kinds of
anxious mindfulness and disease, suffer from any of one,
Signs include restlessness, stress, irritability,  exhaustion, concentration issues, strained muscles and sleep problems.
it can be harmful and uneffective for us and for our loved ones. so it must have solution in different ways that should be most effective and less harmful!

in most cases it's only overthinking and worrying about future.
Buddha says about it that,
Anxiety does not come from thinking about future. but, from wanting to control it!

Here given some tips that can be useful and effective to stay away from anxiety and mental stress.
buddha was used to mediate himself and advisor that only mediation can keep ourselves out from anxiety, anger, depression, insecurity and fear of old age.
if it is not possible, than walking in nature (alone) is second one best effective factor to stressed out ourselves.

Let think that anxiety is the hunter of our happiness, therefore
"being our own guider and teacher of the life and start self-caring" is best option to stop worrying about xyz matter!
